What We Do

We hope you are inspired or encouraged by what you read today. It is our pleasure to serve you and our city by the assignment God has called ROCC to.

There are 4820 people in the community where ROCC is planted. 47% of these people live in extreme poverty. Of the 4820 people, 79% are Hispanics, 15% Asian, 4% African American, and 2% Anglo.  At Webster the ethnicity of students  are 77%Hispanic, 12.7% Asian, 4.7% African American, and 3.6% Anglo. At Rowel  the ethnicity of students are 90.4% Hispanic, 4.6% Asian, 1.9% African American, and 2.4% Anglo. Inthese areas,100% of the children are children enrolled in the free lunch program.

The plan is simple; reach the unsaved, baptize those who believe, then teach and disciple them. We do this through love, prayer, and collaboration with like minded ministries. We can not do it alone and we must step out of the church and into the community in order to acomplish the goal.

The leadership at ROCC is unwavering in their belief that God has called each one of us to serve in one of Fresno’s toughest neighborhoods, the Webster/Rowel area.

My challenge to you is to ask yourself, “What has God called me to do?"
 May you fulfill God’s call upon your life.

Christ Seeker  

I want to take the time to welcome you to our church website. I hope one message stands out to you today. ROCC is here to serve you. If you are seeking Christ because you are tired of feeling lonely, hurt, scared, or for any other reason, then you have come to the right place. Perhaps you feel like it's too late. Well it's not. I was left for dead on one occasion after being stabbed by a rival gang. There gasping for my next breath I called to Jesus. He heard me and gave me another chance. Maybe you've gone through your second, third, or hundreth chance. Perhaps your saying ,"I've had too many chances. God is done with me."

No friend God is not done. You are not here by chance. Stop running and recognize that Jesus Christ is your only solution. We would like you to come hear the message of Restoration, Hope, and Salvation. God has not only heard but seen the cry that comes from the desperation of your soul. Years ago He heard my heart cry out to Him. He changed me and gave me back all that satan had stolen. I got a another chance and you are here today because He wants to give you one. Will you pray this prayer with me?

"Jesus I need another chance. Forgive me for my sins against you. Come into my life and lord over me. Amen"
